Terms of Use
To maintain the public nature and safety of the hotel, guests using our hotel are requested to follow the rules below based on Article 10 of the accommodation terms. We may refuse accommodation if these rules are not followed.

Prohibition of Firearms Use
Please refrain from using firearms within the hotel. However, hotel-provided equipment is excluded. -
Prohibition of Noise and Nuisance
Please do not engage in loud voices, singing, or other behaviors that may disturb other guests within the hotel. -
Prohibited Items
Please do not bring the following items into the hotel.- All types of pets including dogs, cats, birds, and other animals
- Items that emit significantly unpleasant or unusual odors
- Extremely heavy or large quantities of items
- Items that are flammable or easily ignited such as fire and gasoline
- Firearms, swords, and other items prohibited by law

Prohibition of Gambling and Disorderly Conduct
Please do not engage in gambling or behaviors that disturb public morals within the hotel. -
Purpose of Equipment and Items Use
Please do not use hotel equipment and items for purposes other than your stay at the hotel. -
Prohibition of Moving Items
Please do not move hotel items to other locations. -
Prohibition of Altering Buildings and Equipment
Please do not engage in behaviors that change the current state of the hotel, such as attaching foreign objects to hotel buildings and equipment. -
Prohibition of Damaging Appearance
Please do not hang items that damage the hotel's appearance on windows or discard them. -
Prohibition of Distributing Advertisements
Please do not engage in activities such as distributing advertisements to other guests within the hotel. -
Prohibition of Leaving Belongings
Please do not leave shoes or other belongings in corridors or lobbies. -
Lost Item Storage Period
Lost items will be stored for up to 1 month after departure. -
Prohibition of Non-Guests Using Rooms
Please do not invite non-guests into guest rooms or allow them to use room equipment and items. -
Purpose of Room and Lobby Use
Please do not use guest rooms or lobbies for purposes other than accommodation and normal use. -
Compensation for Damages
If hotel buildings and items are significantly soiled or damaged, we may charge the actual cost of cleaning or repair. -
Smoking in Non-Smoking Areas
If smoking occurs in non-smoking areas within the hotel, we will charge room rates for the period of sales suspension and claim damages.
